Regulatory Policy & Science Chapter Leader, Global Regulatory Policy Roche

Nevena Miletic is an experienced regulatory and policy professional with over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry. A pharmacist with postgraduate qualifications in pharmacoeconomics, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, she is also a certified Qualified Person (QP). At F. Hoffmann-La Roche in Switzerland, she leads global regulatory policy initiatives that support access to innovative therapies worldwide.

Her work spans key areas such as regulatory convergence and harmonization, reliance and work-sharing, e-labeling, clinical research innovation, and the digitalization of regulatory systems. She actively engages with regulatory authorities and multilateral organizations across all regions, contributing to global platforms including ICDRA, Pre-ICDRA, SCoMRA, and IMI/IHI.

Nevena chaired the IFPMA Africa Regulatory Network and the IFPMA CPP Network and was or is serving on several research-based pharmaceutical companies associations and boards (IFPMA Regulatory Science Committee, IFPMA Africa Engagement Committee, DIA Middle East & Africa Advisory Board, EFPIA, IATF etc.). While closely involved in advancing regulatory systems in Africa—particularly through the AMRH initiative and the establishment of the African Medicines Agency—her leadership and impact are truly global.
