Co-Founder and CEO nuvoteQ

Adriaan is the co-founder and CEO of nuvoteQ, a trailblazing South African company transforming the global clinical research landscape. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise application development and clinical data management, Adriaan has led nuvoteQ to deliver FDA and EMA-validated, cloud-based software-as-a-service solutions, including Nukleus and Kronus, earning recognition for their role in modernising clinical trials worldwide. Under his leadership, nuvoteQ has emerged as a key player in advancing Africa’s clinical research capabilities, notably through the Clinical Trial Community Platform (https://ctc.africa), a collaborative initiative with the global research community to spotlight Africa’s clinical research strengths. 
 
Adriaan holds degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration from the University of Pretoria and South Africa respectively. His career includes pivotal roles implementing Oracle enterprise solutions and serving in global leadership positions, alongside founding Scigenix.ai, an AI-focused data consulting firm, and the nuvoteQ Foundation (www.nuvoteq.foundation) to drive impact initiatives across the continent. Notably, his commitment extends to serving on the boards of several life science and MedTech enterprises, further solidifying his impact on these sectors.
