Marina Lazaridis graduated from the University of Pretoria with an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry (2012) and went on to complete an Honours degree in Pharmacology (2013). She began her career in the Clinical Research industry in 2014, starting as a Site Solutions Assistant, where she gained hands-on experience in research operations and site management. In 2015, she transitioned into the Software Development sector, joining nuvoteQ to focus on technology-driven solutions for clinical research.

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Marina has recently taken on the position of Chief Executive Officer at the nuvoteQ Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to safeguarding public health technologies. The foundation’s mission is to ensure the long-term sustainability, accessibility, and impact of these critical solutions, particularly in underserved communities. With a strong background in both scientific research and technology, Marina is passionate about leveraging digital advancements to improve global healthcare and research efficiency.
